I know this sounds funny, but I'm serious, please tell me?

Question

When approximately and WHY!!!?? do men that are named Richard,suddenly in life decide they want to be called d**k? WHY??

Why why?? All answers will be appreciated of course, but I truly would just love to hear from a few real *****........no pun intended. thanks

I think it's better to be a "d**k" than a "c**k."  At least that's how I feel about the matter.

Truth is, they have nothing to say about it.  Eventually they will start to act like a d--- and people will brand that name on them.  But only a Richard can carry that nick-name.

This all originated with the very first King Richard in history when an aggravated knight called him a d---.  Many subjects felt the same way about the king and the nick-name was born.

King Richard couldn't control it.  So to save face a little and make a point, he proclaimed that only those with the name Richard could be nick-named d**k.  He made this announcement to the crowd that had come to see the be-heading of the knight who foolishly called him a d---.

Dates of these events are not available because King Richards'  "d**k Day" failed to become a national holiday.
