I know what the Christian cross means but what about a cross with an oval at the top?

What does that mean? Is it a Christian symbol or not?

You've seen them. It looks like a cross from the horizontal bar on down, but instead of completing the cross on the top, it's like an oval shape up there. Like a big O.
