I know you're not supposed to weight train more than an hour at a time, but would it be safe to...?

Work my biceps for an hour and then work my legs for an hour back-to-back, or would it be better to either try to work them both in an hour OR work one out tonight for an hour and the other for an hour tomorrow?

  1. you aren't training properly if it takes an hour to train such a small body part as the biceps.  there's only so much you can do in one training session to stimulate a muscle.  if you train the back properly not much direct bicep work is needed.

    3-4 exercises x 3 sets each.  each set should take 1 minute to perform with 1-2 minutes rest between set.
