I know you can't have certain toxins around birds but could you paint your finger nails around them?

YES, dont paint nails while your bird is around they have super sensitive tiny respitory systmes and they need clean fresh air at all times.

birds are super sensitive to environmental toxins. they also cant cough. they need clean air, i would strongly recommend painting your nails in another room.

Nail polish doesn't smell much better than paint or other toxic chemicals does it? It can potentially harm your birds, paint your nails in a different room.
