  1. If you do a split routine you can work out most days of the week, but you should always take at least one day a week for rest.  One simple way is back/biceps one day, chest/triceps the next day, shoulders/legs the next day, and repeat.  You can do abs work every day if you want, and also aerobics.

  2. WELL IS BETTER IF YOU SPLIT YOUR BODY UP LIKE DO CHEST,TRICEPS AND SHOULDERS ON MONDAY, BACK, BICEPS AND ABS ON TUESDAY, TAKE WEDNESDAY OFF OR DO SOME TYPE OF CARDIO. THEN GO THURSDAY AND DO LEGS ON THURSDAY AND ON FRIDAY DO A EXERCISE FOR A DIFFERENT BODY PART ONE MACHINE PER MUSCLE GROUP. OR MAKE UP YOUR ON SPLIT ROUTINE

  3. Depends what you want to do...if you are into muscle works and strengthening your body...you can do ab workouts everyday at night. You can also do a lunges as well. If you are more interested in cardio workouts...hanging out with some friends and playing tennis, hockey, soccer, bike riding etc is another great way to get exercise.

  4. yes its called playing. you can walk or ride a bike everyday, roller skate. play roller hockey. these are cardio and you can do them everyday. just don't lift and do strenuous exercises everyday.

  5. The 48 hour rule applies to individual muscles.  For example if you work out the chest on Monday then wait till Wednesday to workout the chest again.  So you can split your workouts into different body parts each day and workout everyday if you wanted to.

You can do cardio everyday though.

    For example:

    Chest, back Monday

    Legs Tuesday

    Biceps and triceps on Wednesday

    Calves and shoulders on Thursday.

Friday take a day off or do cardio, walking jogging anything

    Repeat.

    Good Luck!

  6. Yea, silverware curls. Lift the fork, relax. Lift the spoon, relax.

Or you could take up cardio.

  7. It's not good to do strength training workouts on a daily basis, but you can certainly keep up with your cardio!  In between working your muscles, take some lighter days where you take a short jog or walk around the neighborhood.  Also keep in mind that any form of physical activity is good exercise.  Joining sports - dancing - even walking the dog are all great activities.  For some more tips on daily exercise techniques, check this out: http://buzz.prevention.com/community/lis...
