I laugh when people get hurt?

i always laugh when someone gets hurt (not children for some reason). it just comes bursting out, uncontrolable laughter. like sometimes i cant even stand up bc i am laughing so hard...i feel like a big jerk afterwards, bc i dont even find out to see if the person is ok or not. i honestly dont do it on purpose. so my question is, why do i do this?

You do this because you are goofy, learn how to be empathetic, lmao. Also, I do have a child I was saying that he does not know it yet.

that means you don't care about that person i mean i laugh at them too sometimes but you can atleast help that person

Yes! Yes, it's nomal! I do the same thing. . . except I also laugh when I get hurt (it's just that funny). But it's good to know we have a sense of humour! lol don't feel guilty - just check to make sure they're ok next time!

Admittedly, it's sometimes hard not to laugh when someone else falls down or does something clumsy.  For some reason, many people are programmed to think that stuff is funny.  From now on, you should probably try to remember to assure that the person is okay.  Also, try to refrain from laughing as much as possible.  The person is probably already embarrassed.  It's best to not add to their discomfort.

I am kinda the same, well I check to see if the person is hurt too though, but I know there have been times I have gotten hurt and I hear or see someone laughing at me!!!  Was that you???  LOL just joking...  your are completely normal!!!

You're normal.  Why do you think America's Funniest Home Videos still shows new episodes?  When people get hurt, others laugh.  Don't feel too badly about it!

That is traditional comedy, viewing the pain of others. I guess it is funny because we can all relate and it's not us.
