I learnt how to stand up on a 7"2 surfboard and i recently bought a 5"10 but cant stand up yet. Any Tips?

Put a LOTTTT of wax on it and practice standing on it in a pool...Good Luck

That's a big transition. As tough as it may be, keep practicing on it. You didn't state you height and weight, but the board may be too small for you. Whatever you do, please don't practice in a pool. You'll ding the heck out of it. Money's tight everywhere, but you may need a longer, thicker board.
