I leave for boot tomorrw... a few months ago i had a pap that came back abnormal.. a colposcopy was done and

it was determined that i had HPV but nothing else wrog with me.... is this going to prevent me from leaving? my pap is most likely goig to come back abnormal again.. but what happens next ?

  1. there are many FINE doctors at boot camp and you can be adequately treated as necessary.  Contact your current doctor and see if you can get copies of your medical records to take with you.


  2. just get your records from your doctor and you will be fine

  3. she was right, you need to get those medical records at some point to have the navy doctors look it over. were we are stationed they send us out to civilian doctors to take care of anything more than a pap. i had the same issues, just not hpv. i ended up having to have a hysterectomy.

    on other bases, they do have doctors that can take care of your health issues that pertain to hpv. it will not hold you back from bootcamp. just make sure that you keep getting your repeat paps done on a timely basis.
