Manago tree is producing but little mangos are drying, what I can do to salvage them???

I would contact  California Rare Fruit Growers, Inc.and ask what they think. I have a minor in plant pathology, and am thinking it may be f=drying out between watering, but don't want to urge you to water mote if that's not the problem
