if you pay the bill, its your money literally running down the plughole, if not think of the people who have to find the money to pay for your wastage.

Well, ya know if you are paying for the water, your bill is higher than it should be.  Not only that, but you are also wasting one of this planets precious resources.

If you MUST have this water running while you sing, why not let it run into a bowl or bucket or something, that way it can at least be used to water plants or something to that affect (hey, a pitcher to make some nice sweet tea or lemonaide would work too).  Then you won't be wasting it.

Why you do this is truly your biz, though...

Are you doing it because you're shy about people hearing you sing? If so, there are other ways to mask the sound that aren't at the expense of the environment. Turn up the radio and sing to it or sing really loudly when no one is home.
