I left a cd in a cd player that I took out of my car. How do I get it out w/o re-installing the cd player?

put the wires onto the car battery, this should turn the cd player on

Temporarily attach the black wire from the CD player to your battery's negative terminal.  Combine the yellow and red wires and attach them to the positive terminal.   This should allow you to power up the head unit and eject the CD.

This assumes that you have an after-market CD player, not the stock one.  If it's a stock CD player then you'll need a reverse harness made for that vehicle type.  A local car audio shop can probably help you.
