I left abu dhabi without cancel my residence visa.how can i work again or come on visit visa?

If u complete 3 years with the employer you can request to cancel the visa in the labor department and can find new job with out the ban issue.

if you didn't complete 3 years and not having NOC you will get an automatic labor ban of 6 months. You can come to the country on visit but illegel to work on viist. Is it better to approach the labour department or  your employer to cancel the visa as they can file a case of abscondent on you.

you can try in any freezone or govt companies governed by differnt authorities
