I left abu dhabi without cancel my residence visa. now i want to join another company it is possable now?

Your current visa needs to be cancelled first by your former employer before you can apply for a new one.

Please be aware that from the date of cancellation a six months work ban will be imposed by the MOL automatically. In this case you can only take a job with a company operating in any Freezone of Dubai.

Worst case: you left work without giving a resignation note. This means you breached the Law and a one year ban might be imposed. In this case you can not enter the UAE for a whole year from the date of cancellation.

OKAY! possibilities are as follows:

a) Get NOC from your old sponsor and get a new visa, dont forget to cancel the old one

b) Get a new visa before canceling your old visa, so that you can present it at time of cancellation and not get a ban

c) Donot try to change your name on your passport, the world is a very small place to be in.

d) If you ve resided out of the country for more than 6 months your visa is automatically cancelled and you can obtain a new visa from a new sponsor without hassles.

If your residence visa didn't expire then yes I think you can join anther company .
