It's new, never took off the cap (Neutrogena spf 70 spray). It got up to the mid-90's yesterday and my car in the hot sun all day. I left it in the trunk - could the heat have changed the composition of the sunscreen, will it still work?

  1. Sunscreen is light sensitive, and possibly air sensitive depending on the ingredients.  It is not heat sensitive.  If the sunscreen has not been exposed to light and the cap has been left on, then it will be fine.  The worse that can happen is that the ingredients separated, so you may wish to shake it up before applying.
