  1. HVAC Tech. From the way you describe the problem,I would likely think the warm moist air going in has covered and blocked the air flow. simplest solution is to defrost it. Best way (as it will not be quick) is to unplug unit remove contense and let it stand open for 24 hours. If you need to speed up the process pots of boiling water can be placed inside lower part and close door while leaving freezer door open. When defrost is finished, plug it in and run empty for 3 or4 hours be-fore putting the food back. Good luck!


  2. If the circulation fan is running and the compressor motor is not, then the thermal protection relay probably kicked out.  After it cools the motor will start again.

  3. You will probably need to defrost the freezer.

  4. sounds like it froze the coils up. Common problem.  Take panel off in side by side it is back panel in over under frig it is on bottom of freezer turn frig off and get out old reliable hair dryer and defrost.

  5. keep the door shut and it will return to normal dont worry the cold air will return it takes time
