    Dont ever let anyone else drive your car. it is not theirs, so they dont care what happens to it.

  3. Here in Texas ,  if it was your friends fault  Liability only covers the other person's vehicle. Thats all liability does is to cover the other person's vehicle.The owner must have insures on there car.
