I let my sister but mascara on me and i didn't really see a difference?

i let my sister put mascara on me and there was like no difference. My eye lashes feel really heavy now and it feels cool. If i go out in public can *every* girl see that im wearing it? Most guys wont be able to if i cant up close

Why would you wear mascara if you don't really see a difference?? Of course *every* girl will not be able to tell you are wearing mascara!!

She probably didn't put it on the right way, or she barely put any on you. If you put it on the right way it should make your eyes "pop" Some guys find it very appealing =).
