I lift weights 5 times a week(for about 30 min), then do cardio 6 times a week(about 30 min) and take?

I take in about 2000 calories everyday and weight 200lbs and am 6feet tall. My question is for the rest of the day I am sitting down. Even though I am working out should I lower my caloric intake more to lose weight.

  1. when exercising (cardio) what is your heart rate? that matters, but yeah at least for a while try eating less.

    Eat 1200 Calories A Day

    4-5 Meals.

    200-250 Calories Per

    Jogging For 30-40 Min

    Bike Ride For 10-20 Minutes.

    And Weight Lift!!

  4. If you are currently not seeing any weight-loss then decrease your caloric intake by 10% each week until weight-loss occurs.  Just make sure you stay at maintenance levels to avoid serious health issues.
