This Senior girl likes me a little more than a good friend if you know what I mean.. but how do I get her to go out with me?

If you know she likes you ask her out. She will say yes if she likes you.

Here is a tip though. Don't call yourself a "freshy" It is generally not considered cool (at least at my school).
