I like a guy in school...help?

theres this really really cute guy in my school who i dont even know yet i have a majorrrly huge crush on him.he's 17 and im almost 16.he's kind of nerdy and all he cares about is his grades.and he never ever had a gf.what should i do?i really like him and (this may sound stupid but)i'd like to marry him one day cause he's a really decent guy.

I'm sure he has more interest than just in his grades, he's probably just focused on academics rather than social status.  If he is kind of nerdy as you say--someone who has a crush on him, then others probably perceive him the same way--minus their feelings of affection.  Just ask him out, what's the worst thing that can happen?  He probably is a great guy.

ok, i've been through something similar. start smiling at him and just while passing him say "Hey" ask him what he likes, get to know him. get his number if he has a phone and text him. just Do Not obsess over him when you talk to him. try and drop little hints that you are into him.
