I like going to the gym, but my shoulder muscles are small/weak and shoulder exercises tire them out. Good?

  1. Well yeah it's good. You will build some muscles if you keep it up?


  2. Shrugs... they are easy.  Get a bar and load it up with weight. Hold the bar with your arms down.  Keeping your elbow locked lift straight up in a "shrug" motion... You will feel it the next day if you do it right.
