eating them for years now.

faster results by avoiding them?

  1. eat more and workout more you wont get fat

  2. Lol first off, you don't burn 3000-4000 calories per workout. Secondly,  regular soups can't "stop" you from gaining/maintaining muscle. Nextly, 60g of protein is too low, 15g of creatine is too high, 330 calories is too low, and what supplements?

No. You don't. If you burned 4000+2000 from base metabolic rate, and ate 330 calories a day, you'd be dead by now.

Okay well, even at 2500 calories a day (Please lean to organize your info, it is impossible for someone to know you meant 330 calories in just supplements.) You would be burning 3500 calories a day, meaning you are losing a pound a day, and are exercising for maybe 6-8 hours a day doing super high intensity workouts. As for the soup, the calories are from different sources depending on soup, but they are fine for you. Infact, they are an easy way to drink your calories.
