I burn about 3-4000 calories per work out(5 days a week).I'm afraiad the soups i like are bad for my muscles.Maruchan instant soups.chunky soupsand those "progresso(?)"soups.they average about:280 calories per can. 45 fat calories3g. sugar3g total fat10g protein4g fiber(average)i love these soups and have beeneating them for years now.i have muscle, but can i see faster results by avoiding them?i eat about 2 a day and one before bed.PLUS_my daily 60gprotein15g creatin330 calories.supplements.
