  1. Lol, are you looking at the menu right now? If your watching your weight, try not ordering anything with sugar, sauce (marinade)... Steak is a great option along with some greens of some sort. Try substituting if thats an option...

  2. Filet has less fat and is the most tender piece of meat you'll have.

  3. None of these steaks should be ordered well done or be eaten with a diet in mind.

Generally, steaks over $20 are marbled with fat producing tender juicy favorful steaks.  Any rib cuts tend to naturally have lots of this wonderful fat marbling.  Most sauces (along with anything that taste good) are loaded with delicious calories.

*Basically toss the diet and order any of these medium-rare with extra sauce or eat a salad.

  4. the one you like

  5. The Pepper Steak would be best, as there are no sauces involved.  Remember portion control, however, which means a piece of meat about the size of a deck of cards.

  6. I would just order the smaller cut, if there is one available. Try Bison some time if you havent, its even healthier and lower in fat than chicken and its delicious!! Good Luck
