You actually really shouldn't try to "win" her over because then it's not true love, right now her heart belongs to someone else, and all you can do is be that great guy friend and be there to pick her heart up in case he drops it.  If she does come to you with man issues, LISTEN, do not get overly excited and advise her to leave him, if she digs you just the same it will all come together soon!
