He flirts with me and gives me the "I want you looks". He goes out of his way to look at me, he watches me all the time. I sit over the cube from him. I know he has slept with many women behind his fiance's back. What kind of guy does that, anyway? All the women at work know how he is. I have liked him for about 7 years and he has been off and on with this woman that is he is engaged to. Should I flirt back and just flirt at work or be with him before he gets married, he is so HOT!! and he knows it.

Normally I would say "let him be", but in this case, the way you describe him, it looks like you may be doing the fiancee a favor by sleeping with him if that makes any sense.  And it doesn't look like he'll be changing any time soon.  Just be sure she finds out so that she can break off the engagement with the b*****d.  This is all of course, assuming she's not promiscuous like him.
