HOW CUTE!  :P Okay, so don't make it too obvious otherwise he'll get scared and back off. Smile! Say hi & ask him basic questions "how was your weekend?" and even asking him for help with your algebra could be good as it will make him feel good that he's helping. Once you've established a good strong friendship (should take about 3 weeks MAX) tell him something like... "we should go out for coffee this weekend" or "you want to go to -INSERT NAMES- party with me tonight?" or anything!

Well you could make some jokes with in-between-the-line-message...or...just start talking to him about anything and everything and see how things go....
