I like to help others every time in their needs but they do not trust me Why?

Maybe this is a question you should ask them.  Maybe they've lived a life where their trust was broken and they find it difficult to trust people, and it has absolutely nothing to do with you.  Either way, how will you know without asking them?  We have no way of knowing, because we've never met you.  Sorry, but it's the truth.

You were born into this world for a reason.  God puts us here to serve a purpose, but again, we can't tell you what that is.  It's something you have to seek God for and something you must work through and figure out.  We haven't a clue!

Pretty sure you're the one that's responsible for feeding yourself.  If you're old enough to lend assistance to others, you're old enough to feed yourself, right?  Not trying to be sarcastic here, just trying to shed some light on questions that really have nothing to do with each other.  Hope you find where you're going and get there in one piece!

Maybe those in need don't know you that much or they think you are too young or too old, or they probably don't want you to get involved.

I am not judging, but I agree with luvliste. The reason why no one trusts you is that you can't fool others with your substance abuse problem. You may think no one can smell the vodka, but others can.  Been hitting the bottle early eh..? ( it is 10:10 AM here)  I am a recovered alcoholic of 12 years and trust me I see the signs like an expert.  Don't worry you don't ever have to feel that way again.  Get help I am dead serious.  Sounds like you have a good heart, but have a problem.  I truly hope this helps and opens your mind to a better life.

i don't understand this question but part ofit souns like u need counseling and u need serious help because theres a perpous u came into this world because if not god would not have made it happen
