I like to know how I can get involved with helping in children in Romania

Question

I am going to be in a coastal city in Romania mid November. I would to try to help out with what ever I can. If not with children the with animals. I am a 1st class welder, good carpenter. I do draw and paint in many forms. I have little experince in europe really only traveled in South America and North America.

I am looking just to help out and make life better for all children, animals and people who can not do for themselves at the moment. I am not a preacher or have any religius agenda.

aww that's sweet of you.

well you don't have to look too hard to find ppl and animals that are in need. You'll see animals roaming on the streets in every corner looking for a bone to eat...depends what part of the country you go in but if you're in the city it's gonna be harder to find poor ppl, they're mostly in the fields.
