He plays football for this private college and is moving into his dorm next week. I would like to fill a small clothes basket full of items which will be useful to him and I need some idea's. I already know I am packing him a bottle of Tylenol, bandaids, flash light, white socks, snack bars, soda pop, and some body wash. What else should I stuff in there? Do dorm students have to take their own towels or are they stacked in a bathroom somewhere for them? Anything else you can tell me to be helpful is appreciated

  1. towls are awesome!

    socks.

    laundry soap :)

    batteries

    Duct Tape

    a s***w driver (or like, mini-tool kit)

    a Walmart gift card

    some snacky food (like pretzels)

    you're a great friend :)

  2. needs to bring his own towels, shower shoes, and credit card

  3. He will need towels, sheets (probably twin extra-long), a blanket, shower shoes, and a basket or bucket to carry to the bathroom when he showers. (It will contain soap or body wash, razor, shaving creme, shampoo.)

He might need sunscreen, a coffee mug, an unbreakable water 'glass,' a 20 oz or larger water bottle, a plate, a bowl, a bunch of quarters (laundry, vending), a package of pens, a package of pencils, an eraser, a day planner, and earplugs.

What a terrific friend you are!
