I like to see historical places and relax in sharm el sheikh in egypt within 5 days, is it possible?

come to Cairo for 2 days .

you can see the Pyramids , the Sphinx , and Sakara Step Pyramid on Day 1.

you can visit the Egyptian Museum and leave for Sharm on Day 2 .

Days 3, 4, can be spent on relaxation in Sharm.

Day 5 , spend morning on beach , then go to airport for departure .

Enjoy your vaccation .

u can with some more effort but  it's not impossible and u should be brief in ur visits

u can spend 2 days in cairo  visit the pyramids , the citadle and egyptian museum and  at night u can take a walk in old "islamic" cairo

and 2-3 days would be enough in sharm

or u can spend the 5 days in sharm and arrange a trip to "saint catherine's monastery" one of the oldest churches in the world and make sure u enjoy the sunrise from there

the only near historical places near Sharm elSheikh in Sinai:

1- St Cathrine Monastry. you will enjoy sunrise and sunset by the mountains, so try to go before sunset and stay until sunrise.

2- also there is an inciant islamic cetidal built on a small island in Akaba Gulf, in front of taba. it was built during Salah elDin era

3- there were recent discoveries of a phoronic cetidal in the desert of sinai but i dont think they started to arrange any kind of touristical trips to it.

4- there is also Aiun Mosa (Muses lakes) near el Suez city. but it is not that unique experience.

otherwise most historical places exist along the Nile Valley and it will waste you alot of time to visit them all.

Phoronic (Cairo, Luxer, Aswan, Edfu) Roman (Alex), Coptic (Old Cairo, Wadi el Natroun), Islamic (Old Cairo, Alex, Rashid [near Alex]) and so the main cities to go are Cairo, Alex, Luxer, Aswan, and this needs at least 2 weeks.

you can plan a short trip to Cairo,

visit the pyramids (Great Pyramids, Zoser Pyramid) both can be done in the same day

visit Cairo Museums

the Egyptian Museum - cairo down town (one day)

Coptic Museum - old Cairo. (one day or less - could be combined with the pyramids day)

Islamic old city, Fatimed Cairo, you can take a whole day walking in the main street (el kasaba) - this "could" be done with visiting the Egyptian Museum.

so we are talking about 2-4 days, you can choose one of them (i recommend to visit the Egyptian Museum, walk in the old islamic city of cairo) and you can do it in the day you are travelling back from Cairo Airport
