I like to show off in the lockerroom. Is this normal?

I enjoy going to the gym and working out. It's important to me that my bod looks good and exercising helps me handle stress.

But I am addicted to getting naked after working out and showering. I enjoy showing off my body and enjoy it when other guys look and check me out. Sometimes I take an hours long shower. I also do this when using the urinal. I will stand two feet from the urinal with my package hanging out for all to see.

Is this normal? I have enjoyed doing this on regular basis since I was 16 (I just turned 28).

well i get very insecure in the gym locker room. only parts of me look good, so i'm always hiding something. maybe have a mantra u say during the day "i'm hot"(over and over).

If you are not attracted to males, you are probably an exhibitionist.

If you study deviant behavior, you learn that there are some people who are sexually aroused just from being watched.   They weren’t exhibitionist, per se.   Like they say:  Different strokes for different folks.

Are you g*y or just weird? You could call it vanity if you like to look at yourself. You could call it exhibitionism if you liked to show everyone... but...sounds a little g*y to me.

I don't think it is normal but I like similar situations. I have never taken an hour long shower but I do enjoy it when I see other guys looking me over in the shower or at a urinal.

I think it may run in my family; I can remember my dad staying nude longer than others in changing rooms at swimming facilities. He also did not get as close to urinals as a lot of men. I think he probably liked being looked at. Also when my brother was 12 he told me "it always goes up when I pee in a public restroom."
