how to find them? How do you tell a bottle of a good red wine from an average bottle?

There are lots of wineries that can be visited in Europe...

From the Sherry and Manzanilla varieties in southern Spain (Cadiz, Córdoba and Jerez de la Frontera)...to the Rhine wines in Germany, passing through France (Bordeaux, Beaujolais, Bourgogne), Italy (Chianti) and a few other countries. (Tokay in Hungary for ex.)
