I liked this boy in 7th grade and now we are in the 8th and i think he likes me what do i do?

in 7th grade he never paidd attention to me he just kept picking on me now he acts different he walks me to class always asking me questions touching me but not in a nasty way and winks at me alot but i want to know if he likes me or not
