Yeah, get a lot of American answers on Yahoo Q&A, don't really mind but if your asking something specific it can be a bit of a pain.

Don't really know, maybe you should ask this question on the USA part of Yahoo, lol

2 things, go to your control panel and click Regional and Languages then follow the prompt. Also at the bottom of this page click the US flag. Best to reboot after new changes.

go to yahoo.com (the US site) in the top left corner of the page there should be the option 'set as home page' or similar. click on this and then select 'set as only home page' (again this could be worded slightly differently) and then click on 'ok'. With any luck this should sort it for you. :)
