I live in Alabama,is it possible to get a scholarship to another state?

i really want to go to Southern California,But i live all the way out here in Alabama and want to know if it's possible to get a scholarship to a College in another state.

You can get scholarships for the Californian school you want to attend but I don't think California and Alabama have any special deals with each other (some states give students from certain other states in-state tuition to help encourage diversity).

You sure can!  All you have to do is choose the college of your choice...in any state...contact their financial aid office and ask for open scholarships.  Many major areas have scholarships just for that particular area of interests, plus sport scholarships.  They are out there, ya just have to ask.
