you need to petition for him and then when the petition is accepted he will have to be interview for the K-3 spouse visa

That depends on your status here in the US. Without knowing that, it's hard to give you an answer. If you're an American, you would have to file an IR-1 immigrant visa petition. If you're a legal permanent resident, then you would file an F2a immigrant visa petition, however, those take 5 years before they become valid for use. If you have some other sort of status, your spouse may be able to come as your dependent, depending on the circumstances.

if u r a us citizen you will have to complete the k3 form(fiance viza),and after that you both will have to do the I-130 form .when the petition is aproved she will have to go to an interviu ,for her visa.......but wherever you do ,dont bing her  on CR1 !!!!!!!!
