  1. the same as you would anywhere, ...

just put the correct address, zip code and postage on it.

  2. Need FedEx.

  3. put the persons address, plus the country and extra postage

  4. Write the person's name and address on the envelope as you do in America and write in large letters U.K. at the bottom.

  5. House number & Street

    Town / Village

    County

    Post Code

    Country

    i.e:-

    34 XXXXXX Street

    Anytown

    South Yorkshire

    S76 5PD

    ENGLAND

    Hope this helps x

  6. Check out the following site.  If you can't figure it out and have the addressee info, send me an email.  I can probably help you figure it out:

    Hope that helps.

    Cheers.

  7. Hi there,

I'd really suggest that you follow the main info but when it comes to the country, list both England and UK - I've found that postcards etc get back home much quicker from the US when doing this rather than using either/or just England or the UK.

  8. Top line :-   Person's title and name

2nd line:-     House name ( if there is one)

Next line :-   House number, Street name

Following  lines:-  (1) Village or Town name (2) Postal area (3) Post code

    Last line:- United Kingdom

    For example

    Mr. John Smith

    "The Gate House"

    12 Fleet Avenue

    Healing

    Leeds

    LS6 9BQ

    United Kingdom.

PLUS   ACROSS ENVELOPE OR LEFT NEAR UPPER CORNER WRITE

    "AIRMAIL"
