  1. I assume it has maybe 16 or 17" wheels on at the moment, so 20" is a big step.  You'll probably experience a harsh ride because of the low profile tyres, and the car may feel slightly sluggish on acceleration because of the larger circumference.  Your speedo will read slightly slower too.

On the plus side you'd have a tiny bit more top end speed, but you wouldn't get to see that very often.

  2. Don't think you'll like my answer but

Its a Altima!!! 20's on a front wheel drive car look funny and very bumpy, sorry but its true. I live in l.a. and see this all the time.Just keep it stock or be original and do something that know one else does to a Altima.

I would suggest something like 18"s with a 2.5 inch lip on the  front wheels and 4 inch lip on the back wheels but you have the check if those type of rims even available for your car. Also put some eibach or tein  lowering springs (not coillovers) and a chamber kit to give the car a nice staggered look and a softer ride.

This may not be what your looking for but this is the correct way to put rims on car if you want it to look sick .
