I live in Asia, but not South East Asia, can I still use MapleSEA?

I live in Korea. Can I still use MapleSea???

MapleSEA or MSEA (short for Maplestory South East Asia) is the South-east Asian version of Maple Story. It is written in English (like MapleGlobal) and is meant for the countries of Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand (though people from other countries can sign up as well). Unlike MapleGlobal, MapleSEA is not run by Nexon, it is run by AsiaSoft. There are five worlds in MapleSEA: Eridanus,Delphinus,Cassiopeia, Bootes and Aquila all of which are named after constellations.
