Legally, there isn't much for someone of your age to do until you turn sixteen. You could always offer to walk dogs, mow lawns and wash cars for neighbours, family and your parents' friends. Or you could even job-share your paper round with a friend (which does mean less money) so you're still earning but not working every day.
