I live in Calif..and where are these Big Roaches coming from???

I have these Huge Brownish Reddish Roaches, I see them in my bathroom, they are so gross, they have wings and they Fly..it has been at least one year now that noticed them..never ever seen these before...has anyone seen these before???

if they're in the bathroom they are most likely water bugs the reason that you may have never seen them before might be because you live in cali every time i see one they're in the south must be climate or something

It's hot outside so they move into houses.
