You need a weight and measurements of the envelope. Then go to usps.com, click on the "calculate postage" link, then click "calculate domestic postage" and select the right envelope, fill in the weight and zip codes and find out!

1.  Unless it's a large letter, or package.  It takes just one stamp to mail a normal letter anywhere in the US.

If its a normal letter it will only take one stamp.If it weighs more then you will have too have it taken to the P.O.
