I live in Canada. How do I dial long distance to Vietnam?

I have the number, but I just can't get it to work. I tried dialing 011-country code-area code, but it wont work.

Does anyone know?

Try "call 4sale.com" you can buy minutes on line and it is cheap to call vietnaam.Dial 00184 .

I'm living in Vietnam. You can call to Vietnam as follow:

- International code: 00

- Vientam code (country code): 84

- Province code: xx

- Phone number

For example. If you want to call to Hanoi (code is 4), please dial as:

00-84-4-Phone number
