  1. Tell your instructor that you do not know how to skate and you want to learn because Canadians are the best skaters. You need to buy a pair of skates that you can afford. Put them on and try skating. Perhaps your instructor can get you started on how to start.

  2. nothing will happen. if you wanna learn, learn. it's not like everyone in the south can milk a cow.

  3. Can't help you there sorry. In Mexico though people will look at you weird if you can't play soccer at gym class though. However sports ed in mexican schools is so bad that you stil get perfect grades if you suck at all forms of exercise anyways nd just sit on the bleachers during each class.

I don't know if buying skates just for 1 school class for a sport that you've never done before is that worth it. It's not like decent skates cost 10 dollars. You want to make your investment worthwhile. If your school is halfway decent, they should have rentals.

  4. first you could go to skating classes?

one you go a couple of times and get the hang of it, you'l just begin to pick up all the simple steps

oh and no its not a bad thing, not knowing how to ice skate...

  5. Yah! You will fall on your butt and you will hate it! Then you will be sore when you get home then you will hate it even more! Get lessons!
