I would like to move but that would be if I found a place that is comfortable even cool with low humidity especially during the summer. I love cool/cold weather, rain and snow. I have allergies, asthma and a few respiratory problems so it is essential to find what I am looking for. Any comments are well appreciated.

  1. Scotland! It's cool & rainy much of the year...& stunningly beautiful to boot!!

maybe it'll help u find your ideal spot :)

  2. Flagstaff, Arizona might suit your needs.  Average high in the summer is about 75-80 degrees with low humidity and lows of 45-50.  The average annual rainfall is 22.91 inches (58.2 cm) and annual snowfall averages 100 inches (254 cm). Overall, the city enjoys an average of 283 days without precipitation each year, and the climate is officially classified as "semi-arid"  About the only drawback is it is at 7000 feet but it shouldn't take long to get acclimated.  Average winter temps are similar to Cincinnati.  High of about 40 and low of about 20 in January and Feb.

  3. How about Anchorage, Alaska?  Summers in AK are very short, and the state even pays people just for living there!  The downside is that everything in Alaska is expensive because it is so far away to ship products there.

Of course, you are probably looking to stay in the lower 48.  I think you will find the mildest summers here to be in the Pacific Northwest, in cities like Seattle, WA and Portland, Oregon.  Same goes for California anywhere north of San Francisco.
