I know you can go CVS and geta passport picture and walgreens..I hope this helps you out...

As CanProf said, you can go to any professional photographer who takes passport photos and provide them with the specifications for a Canadian passport photos. You could go to a CVS or Walgreens, but it might be a better bet to go to an actual photo place. The specifications can be found here: http://www.ppt.gc.ca/cdn/photos.aspx

Make sure they follow those guidelines explicitly. I have had photos rejected in the past for a variety of reasons, including smiling (you are not allowed to smile). Because the size and requirements are different from US passport photos, it would probably be best for you to go to a professional photographer.

Go to a good local photographer who takes photographs for US passport photos and take with you the application form for a Canadian passport. The photographer should be able to produce a photo to those requirements.
