I live in Fresno California and it's always sunny here. which sunscreen should I use for my body? SPF 15 or 30

I'm thinking about buying a sunscreen product, but I'm a bit confused... should I get an SPF 15 or SPF 30? And what product is the best? Do you recommend Aveeno?

Use S.P.F. 30. If you want a small tan yet still want enough protection, that's the way to go

p.s.: As far as brands go, I'd reccomend looking for a sunscreen called Ocean Potion. It's water-proof and provides really good protection

It depends on your skin tone and if you burn easy. If you are light and burn, use 30. If you're darker and tan easier, use 15. I am a medium tan color, and I use 8 and I've never gotten burnt with it. Good luck! :)

yeahh get the aveeno body lotion with SPF 15 or 30 or something like that

SPF 80 is the best. it's alittle harder to find. or SPF 60. These two work way  better then SPF 15 or 30.

aveeno isnt bad but if you burn easily you should use 30 spf because it lets in less sun. i like banana boat produsts the best. or coppertone

Look for a moisterizer & sun-screen combination, for body but especially for face.

If u burn easily get spf 30 otherwise spf 15 or even 10 will do.

everyone has a different effect to different types of sun screens.... the spf means sun proof factor, the formula to figuring out how many times you should re-apply is by multiplying your average time it takes you without sunscreen to burn by the spf factor, but i watched a show where just because it was a higher spf it didn't always work better, run a test or two to find out because everyone different
