Yes, very very poisonous!  It's a black widow.  Don't go near it.

yes very if it looks like any of these http://images.google.com/images?ndsp=21&... don't go near it and search your body if you have any bites you'll see what it looks like in that page too. and most poisonous spiders have a spot on their belly
