  1. I know that when i lived in Georgia mine wasn't bad at all..I lived in Augusta,ga and i live at the greens on washington the only thing that me and my husband had to pay for was rent and georgia power..our rent was $505 a month and the georgia power was $70 at the most for us

    Hope this helps..

  2. Well I would say if it's only a 1 person household you can expect your electric to be less than $50 (of course depending on usage). Currently my family of 3 pays for gas, water, & electric! The highest water bill we received was for $94!! Now water/sewage seems to have gone up in the past few years. Management says the price of all utilities have gone up b/c of economy.  So I would really advise you to seek out apts. that pay for water, their may be a few still out there somewhere.

  3. I would imagine your electricity and water would run you in the neighborhood of $80 in the summer. Double it for winter if you have electric heat.

  4. I guess it really depends on how much you consume. Usually isn't too much for a single person though. And in my case, my apartment community pays for water and sewage so that's one less bill.  You should check apartments for rent that have that included in it's amenities!?!

  5. I moved from Georgia to Idaho last year, so I'm not sure who I could contact to assist you. Here is a resource of apartments in Georgia that you can call. http://www.findanapartmentonline.com/Geo... I'm sure someone can help you.

    Good Luck!
