Her estate is.  If you took an inheritance without first paying her debts, then they must be paid.

If she died without assets, then the debts died with her.

In any case, you are not personally responsible for her debts.

Her estate would be liable for them. If there are insufficient funds in the estate (including sale of any property) then the debt would be written off - they still could not come after you, unless for some reason you signed for her treatment
